2. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum required. You can purchase a single pallet or a full truckload, depending on your business needs and budget.


3. How do I place an order?

Simply visit our How to Order page. You can:

  • Browse available inventory
  • Add items to cart
  • Choose your payment method
  • Submit your order and receive confirmation

4. Can I pick the contents of my pallet?

Most pallets are pre-packed and sold as-is. While we do not allow custom selection, descriptions and photos provide a general idea of what to expect.


5. Do you offer manifests?

Some truckloads and pallets come with a manifest (itemized inventory list), especially for Amazon and Target loads. Others are sold unmanifested for a deeper discount.


6. Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?

Yes! We work with resellers, flea market vendors, bin store owners, and eCommerce sellers. Contact us for volume discounts or special pricing on bulk truckload orders.


7. What payment methods are accepted?

11. Are your pallets guaranteed?

Pallets are sold as-is, and condition varies. However, we stand by our descriptions. Refunds are issued only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was misrepresented
  • The shipment was damaged beyond salvage (with documentation)

12. Can I return my pallet if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, buyer’s remorse is not a valid reason for return. Liquidation sales are final unless the issue meets our refund policy criteria.


13. Do you ship to residential addresses?

Yes. However, truckload or freight shipments may require a loading dock or liftgate. Contact us for special delivery needs or to confirm if residential delivery is available for your order.


14. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, and freight forwarders. Buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes in their country.


15. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also Track Your Order on our website.
