Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, the photos shown are of actual pallets we have in stock. While exact items may vary slightly due to availability, you will receive the same type, quality, and category of products as represented in the images. If a pallet is labeled or listed with specific items, those will be included as described.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

We work with trusted freight and shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, once a shipment leaves our facility, transit delays or issues are the responsibility of the carrier.

If your shipment is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information provided and contacting the carrier directly for updates.

If your package is lost or does not arrive, please contact us immediately. We will:

  1. Open a case with the carrier

  2. Assist you in locating the shipment

  3. Work toward a resolution if the shipment is officially declared lost

While we are not liable for carrier-related delays, we will support you throughout the claims process and do our best to help you receive what you ordered.

For international orders, shipping costs, customs duties, and import regulations may vary by country. We work closely with freight forwarders and international carriers to ensure smooth and secure delivery to your destination.
