Refunds & Return Policy

At Excess Pallet Liquidation, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. While most liquidation sales are final, we accept returns for eligible items under specific conditions.
🕒 Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your pallet.
🚚 Return Method
Returns must be shipped via freight carrier at a At a drop-off location or in store. Due to the size and nature of our products, we do not accept returns by standard mail services (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
🏷️ Return Label
We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return freight shipping, unless the pallet was:
- Misrepresented in the listing, or
- Damaged in transit
In such cases, we may assist with return arrangements at our cost.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to the nature of liquidation inventory. Each pallet is unique and sold as a one-time lot, so direct item-for-item exchanges are not possible.
If you receive a pallet that is significantly different from the description or arrives damaged, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of delivery (see above for details).
🏷️ Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover handling and repackaging. No restocking fee applies to defective or misrepresented pallets.
💵 Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exceptions: If the pallet was received in damaged condition or was significantly different from its description, we will cover return shipping.
📦 Item Condition for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The pallet must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Items must remain on the original pallet and be shipped back with original packaging.
- Any tampered, opened, or broken-down pallets are not eligible for return.
💰 Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. After processing, customers typically receive their refund within 3–10 business days, depending on their bank or payment method.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-built or special request pallets
- Clearance or final sale pallets
- Items that have been separated from the original pallet
- Pallets returned after 14 days of delivery
