- Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout and vary depending on pallet size, weight, and delivery location.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination but generally range from 3 to 10 business days within the continental U.S.
- International shipping times vary by destination and carrier.
- Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
4. Shipping Damage and Lost Shipments
- We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but damage during transit can occur.
- Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and report any damage or missing items within 24 hours.
- Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be accompanied by photos and documentation.
